- Reception is open from 10 a.m. till 11 a.m. and from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. every day.
- Check-in time is from 4 p.m.
- Free early check-in from 09.00 for direct bookings (subject to availability).

- Free late check-out till 15.00 for direct bookings (subject to availability).
- Breakfast is served in the room/apartment. The breakfast is delivered to your room/apartment the night before for the morning after. The delivery is carried out from 20:00-21:00. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or intolerances in advance before your arrival. Please note that the order must be placed by 4:00 p.m. the day before.
- Free parking for cars, motorhomes, buses and trucks on site (reservation is not needed).
- Electric vehicle charging point is available and ready for use. Price – 10 euros / use.

- Tower sauna. The cozy private sauna has its own sauna, shower room and lounge area. The sauna facilities serve both our hotel guests and groups of up to 20 people upon request. The sauna is heated on request. You can book the sauna at our reception on the spot when checking in or in advance (046) 8121417 or info@villamolnby.com.
- The nearest lake called Venjärvi is located a 5-minute drive from the hotel. It is a very beautiful lake with a nice little beach. In addition to the beach, there is a pier, cloakrooms and outdoor toilets available. On a sunny day in the middle of summer, you can enjoy the sun in Venjärvi before midday until late afternoon.

- Organizing weddings, banquets and celebrations. Villa Molnby’s beautiful nature and stylish banquet facilities create a wonderful setting for your wedding party on the most important day of your life. In our banquet facilities, large and small, traditional or modern parties are possible – according to your wishes.
In the large banquet hall it is possible to throw parties for about a hundred people. The medium-sized banquet hall is used as a place to set the banquet table, but is also suitable as a venue for smaller parties.
Villa Molnby Hotel rents out banquet spaces without providing catering services. We do not have liquor licenses, so please bring your own party drinks and food.

- Large outdoor playground. We are particularly passionate about our youngest guests. Specially for them our hotel is equipped with a large playground with a wide range of games and entertainments including two trampoline, sandbox, swings, slide and lots of toys.
- Sports camps (both children and adults).
- Outdoor activity equipment. Villa Molnby Hotel offers diverse recreation in summer time. Balls, football gates, basketball baskets, frisbee golf, badminton rackets, floor ball, darts, table tennis and a wide range of board games are at your service on the territory of our hotel.
- Free Bike Rentals. The ideal means for active recreation and switching from the urban rhythm of life is cycling. While vacationing with us, you can take a ride through the pristine nature of the surrounding forests, which will certainly benefit you and all your family members. Even an ordinary walk in such places can remarkably restore strength, calm down and give cheerfulness. Bikes can be borrowed for 3 hours at a time.
- Laundry. While staying at our hotel our guests can use the laundry room if necessary. The cost of washing machine rent is €8/wash, the cost of dry machine rent – €5/dry. Washing powder and conditioner are included in the cost of the service.

- Equipment for Nordic walking. Nordic walking is one of the most popular kinds of outdoor physical exercises which is available for everyone without exceptions regardless of sex, age and physical fitness. Necessary equipment with special sticks can be rented in our place. Our staff will be glad to tell you the rules of Nordic walking in order to ensure maximum health-promoting effect and point to the routes for entertaining trips across the Ilola surroundings.
- You should contact the hotel before arrival to request extra beds. Travel bed + €30/day; Extra bed for a child 2-12 years + €35/day. The maximum number of extra beds and the number of baby beds depends on your room selection. Fulfillment of baby bed and extra bed requests depends on availability.
- Non-smoking hotel. Please note that Hotel Villa Molnby is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed in specially marked places outside.
- Pets. Pets are not allowed.
- Rules for groups, bachelor parties and similar parties. The damage deposit must be paid upon arrival. The size of the deposit depends on the size of the group. The amount is paid by credit card or cash. The amount will be paid back to you on the day of departure. The security deposit will be refunded in full after an approved post-inspection of the accommodation. The final cleaning fee is 150 EUR per apartment. And you have to do the dishes and take out the trash when you leave the apartment.

We recommend to contact the hotel for getting the current and full information. Any modification to the Hotel Policy/House Rules that occurs before your arrival is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us.
