Villa Molnby (“molnby” is the Swedish for “mill”) is a cozy secluded hotel in a picturesque location called Ilola (the Finnish for “Happiness”!) only some 8 km from the old Porvoo downtown and 50 km from Helsinki. The hotel was built in 2010 on the site of an ancient mill between a river and a forest lake. Its 18 contemporary comfortable rooms are at our guests’ disposal.
The unique combination of contemporary Scandinavian comfort with pristine Finnish nature creates an unforgettable atmosphere that makes every one of our guests feel not just like a client, but as a good old friend.
